Farm Development Services Irrigation Installation: Install advanced drip irrigation and rainwater harvesting systems. Ensure efficient water management and climate-resilient farming practices. Fully installed irrigation systems on 50 acres. Replicate the system from the existing farm across others.
Farmer Capacity Building Workshops on Sustainable Farming: Train farmers in climate-smart practices. Equip farmers with the skills and knowledge to implement sustainable practices. 50 farmers trained in sustainable techniques. Include SPA’s standard methods to ensure U.S. market compliance.
Packing House Construction Facility Design: Build an FDA- and FSMA-compliant packaging facility. Create a world-class soursop processing facility. Fully operational packaging house in Munich, St. Andrew’s, Grenada. Facility to meet U.S. export regulations and handle large-scale processing.
Renewable Energy Integration Solar Power Installation: Install a 15kW solar system with 20kW storage. Reduce fossil fuel dependency and operational costs. Solar power system operational at the facility. Aligns with Grenada’s national energy goals for sustainability.
Quality Assurance & Compliance GMP Development: Establish Good Manufacturing Practices for processing. Maintain high production standards and ensure food safety compliance. Documented GMP protocols implemented across operations. Develop comprehensive QA protocols for SPA operations and supply chain.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Data Collection: Implement systems to track production, training, and exports. Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Production and training data regularly collected and analyzed. Use digital software for data management and reporting.
Community Outreach & Education Awareness Campaigns: Promote sustainable farming and food safety practices. Increase public support and knowledge of sustainable agriculture.
